Edmonton in Position to Clinch Final Berth

The Edmonton Oilers are one win away from advancing to the Stanley Cup Final. The Oilers defeated the Dallas Stars 4-2 in Game 5 of the Western Conference Final on Thursday night. Leon Draisaitl scored two goals for the Oilers, while Connor McDavid added a goal and an assist. Mikko Koskinen made 29 saves in net for Edmonton.

The Oilers have now won three straight games in the series and can clinch a berth in the Stanley Cup Final with a win in Game 6 on Saturday night. The game will be played at Rogers Place in Edmonton.

Panthers Aim to Extend Lead in Stanley Cup Final

The Florida Panthers will look to take a 3-0 lead in the Stanley Cup Final when they face the Edmonton Oilers in Game 3 on Saturday night. The Panthers have won the first two games of the series, both at home. Aleksander Barkov has led the way for the Panthers, scoring three goals in the series.

The Panthers will be looking to continue their strong play on the road. They have won three of their four road games in the playoffs so far. The Oilers, on the other hand, have lost three of their four home games in the playoffs.
